城市醫療是由王心詠醫生在2009年成立至今，協同他於2002年成立的Richmond Medical Center，盡心竭力服務廣大病人。作為產科專科醫生和家庭醫生，王醫師在20多年間有幸迎接了5000多位新生命的到來。在陪伴，幫助和支持5000多位媽媽一起度過人生的轉折點後，王醫師對女性在人生不同階段的身心變化和需求，有著常人不可企及的深刻理解和感悟。於是於2019“城市卓越醫療和醫學美容中心”應運而生了。
